Proving Trust: Why ISO 27001 Certification Matters

How independent certification strengthens information security, accountability, and customer confidence at Stellix

When organizations decide who they trust with sensitive information, they look for more than technical capability. They also look for evidence of discipline, accountability, and a serious approach to protecting the information that supports their business.

That is why ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (“ISO 27001”) matters.

Stellix has invested in achieving and maintaining ISO/IEC 27001 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS), independently certified by Schellman Compliance, LLC. This is more than a compliance milestone. It is important proof of how we operate.

The certification demonstrates that our ISMS is structured, governed, and independently assessed against a globally recognized standard. More importantly, it reflects an ongoing commitment to protecting sensitive information and continually improving how we manage information security risk.

Why This Matters

When Stellix and NECI work with customers, sensitive information moves through real business processes every day. Project plans, customer data, financial information, intellectual property, and operational details all support the work being done, and all require appropriate protection.

Organizations should not have to guess whether a company takes information security seriously. They should be able to see clear evidence that sound practices, oversight, and accountability are built into how work gets done.

ISO 27001 provides that external validation. It shows that Stellix has established and maintains a structured approach to managing information security risk, and that this approach is subject to independent review rather than left to internal claims alone.

Business Relevance, Not Just Compliance

The value of certification is not just the certificate itself. The value is what it signals to the market.

It tells customers, prospects, suppliers, and other stakeholders that information security is not an afterthought at Stellix. It is part of how we operate.

That matters in practical ways. It can help organizations move through supplier review and contracting conversations with greater confidence. It gives procurement, legal, IT, and business stakeholders a stronger basis for assessing how Stellix handles sensitive information. And it provides an important proof point that operational discipline, risk management, and accountability are built into our business practices.

In that sense, ISO 27001 is not only about compliance. It is also about trust, supported by independent verification.

Security Managed with Consistency

Our ISO 27001 certification is held by Stellix Group, Inc. and provides a consistent foundation for information security across the in-scope entities, functions, and locations covered by the certification.

For customers working with Stellix and, where applicable, NECI teams operating within that certified scope, this provides confidence that information security is managed through defined controls, oversight, and continual improvement.

That consistency matters because customers are not only evaluating capabilities. They are also evaluating how responsibly an organization manages the information entrusted to it.

More Than a Statement

For Stellix, ISO 27001 influences how we think, how we work, and how we manage information throughout the lifecycle of an engagement. It is part of our commitment to being a trusted company to work with, not just a capable one.

Security is more than a requirement—it’s our explicit commitment to earning and maintaining your trust.
